Personal:
Raised in Gloucester county, graduate of Gloucester High School (GHS). Married 45 years to Harry Saulman who retired after 47 years at the Huntington Ingalls Shipyard in Newport News. Harry and Cindy have two daughters who also attended GHS, their grandchildren are now students in Gloucester County Public Schools (GCPS). Her older daughter worked as a 911 dispatcher until she started her family. Their younger daughter has a BSN, with honors, from JMU.

Goals of Service:
To continue to advocate for young people and their educations in a different role, utilizing skills and knowledge gained over 29 years of service in the Gloucester County Public Schools. Special interests in helping parents be involved in their children’s education and supporting educators.
