Born and raised just over the bridge, he is married with three children, all of whom graduated from Gloucester High School. His wife is employed by Riverside Health System here in the county.

Administration of Justice 2001 graduate of the Professional Executive Leadership School at the University of Richmond. 2009 Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy 236th session in Quantico, Virginia

1991-2012 Gloucester Sheriff’s Office beginning as a patrol deputy, ending as a
2012 - present Gloucester County Sheriff
Sheriff Warren is proud that his deputies have been trained in mental health crisis management, of the Gloucester County Public Schools strong School Resource Officer program, and of the Departments active involvement with federal partners in pursuing drug dealers.
